Order Process
- Awaiting payment:
- Order verification and payment processing. Changes may be made to an order during this step and up to when the credit card is charged.
- Payment accepted:
- Your payment has been successfully processed. Products are being collected in the warehouse and boxed for shipment.
- Shipped:
- Out of the warehouse and on the road! An e-mail will be sent to your account address with tracking information. Information may be delayed on the carrier's website according to update frequency. Please note that if the Order Status changed to Shipped on or after 4:00pm CST, your purchase will not physically be shipped by shipping carrier until the next business day.
What if there is a problem?
- Voided:
- The order has been cancelled (reasons vary). Void orders are null and cannot be re-processed. If you need to re-order as a result, please do so on our website. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for help.
- Awaiting Credit Card Payment:
- Order has been received, but is awaiting on funds.
- Awaiting PayPal Payment:
- Order has been received, but is awaiting on funds.
- On backorder:
- One or more of the items in your order is not available and order has been placed on hold until part is received.
- Refund:
- Order has been cancelled and funds have been issued back to the credit card/paypal account.
- Payment Error:
- There is a issue with the payment processing for the correct amount. Please contact customer service.
